RMA HHA Merger Announcement

The partners of Reimer McGuinness & Associates, P.C. (RMA) and Hess Hopkins Alexander, LLP (HHA) are very excited to announce that effective January 1, 2022, our two firms have merged. Our new firm name will be Reimer McGuinness Hess, P.C. (RMH). We could not be happier to be working alongside such a great group of CPAs and accountants who share our values and vision, and the desire to serve others.

We believe the combination of these two great firms and our talented professionals will continue to allow us to serve our ever‐growing client base. As it has always been, we will still focus on small to medium‐sized businesses and their owners in the greater Houston area.

Clients will continue working with their respective point of contact exactly as it has been in the past. In fact, it will look like very little has changed. Clients will still see exceptional service and uncompromising integrity from professionals who love what they do. We will be operating in the short term as one firm in two locations. RMA remains at our current location and the HHA team will continue to office at their location at 2211 Norfolk St, Suite 700, Houston, TX 77098.
